Title: How much ball is the REVMASTER?
Post by: Ric Clint on July 31, 2003, 10:28:27 AM
How much length does it get and how much backend does it have?

Does it have any pearl in it or it it just a regular reactive?

Can you compare it to a polished V2, or polished Savage, etc...

What's it best condition? Is it a good "swing the lane" ball?

Actually i was thinking about getting one of these for a medium oil/ versatile ball, hopefully versatile enough for a bit more oil striaght up the boards and be able to swing on tad dryer shots too. Was thinking about drilling it pin above fingers, cg in palm. Good length and a smooth but strong arc i would be looking for.

For me the Revmaster is a very strong ball. I bought it for Med-Light. Too strong for that condition. Mine is drilled with the pin below the fingers, cg just below centered. Drilled to go long. Still too strong.  It's a lot of ball for the money. very strong core. Good medium condition ball. On a medium shot I stand at 30 and swing to 10 at the breakpoint. I can rev it pretty good. Strong backend. strong arcing shot. I couldn't imagine if it were drilled up stronger. Good bang for the buck.
