Help w/ Inertia

I am making a post about getting some help with this ball.  I got this ball free a couple years ago.  i left this ball drilled the way it was except moving the thumb slightly.  

When i throw this ball it seems to roll out in a way and make some kind of noise when its revving downlane.  This ball has almost no backend and maybe moves no more than 5 boards.  I am thinking that the noise is maybe the ball is rolling over one of the holes either the fingers or thumb.  I think its prob the fingers.  Right now the surface is at 2000 grit abralon i believe.

Layout is the same.  

Please help if you can.  I want to throw this ball again to see if it will fit in my Huge arsenal.

most likely ur flaring over the fingers. very common
this looks like a stacked drill so its designed to flare alot
if u dont like it. let me know i might be willing to trade u for it.

You may want to try  a light coat of polish to see a bit more backend reaction. IMHO that ball looks a bit lower than 2000abralon.

Joe, the ball is actually at 4000, remember? Lol.

Actually, Carl, Joe forgot to mention that we saw REVERSE flare on it the last time he used it. The flare was on the wrong side of the fingers.

We had two San Antonio balls come through that had reverse flare.  Both were Machines.  The layouts were both conservative, so that wasn't the issue.  Track stood behind them though.  I tend to agree with Carl here...the MB could very well be marked incorrectly.

if the flare was on the other side of the fingers, he might have been releasing late and it just landing on that side. i've seen it happen from a good bowler before.

Im so glad people are brainwashed to think that TRACK sucks. And its even funnier when im carrying with my TRACK ball and they're going flat ten with their BRUNSWICK ball.

If the ball is flaring on the wrong side consistently and nothing else they have does this, then maybe the ball is mismarked as Carl said. It isn't a super strong layout or anything that you might worry about inverting flare. If the shop had one of those determinators you might see about dropping it on and seeing if it is.

Well folks thanks for all the help.  I decided to do something to fix the ball.  I am currently about to make a trade on here with some one.  

The person i am trading with is giving me a heck of a deal.  This person will remain nameless. Until the transaction is complete.
