Looking to try something new...
« on: August 02, 2009, 08:13:44 PM »
So after watching a few people throw the new track stuff, it kind of got me interested. i was wondering how an arsenal of the new track number series would do for the lane conditions out there. i bowl in leagues as well as tournaments. i was wondering how different each ball would be from eachother if i were to drill them exactlly the same. my favorite drilling is pin above and between the fingers and kicking the cg or mb out. all the balls ive used this drilling on have been great and very versatile. would these 3 balls work great too? first time trying track and just wondering how they would fair against all conditions.

Yo, 715A would be my first choice if I was going one ball at a time.
Out of the box it has the length of the 505C to get throught the heads, dry or medium, and still have some pop on the back.
Hit it with 2000 abralon and you can tear through the oil, and still get great pop on the back.

Then hit it with 4000, polish it and it is back to out of box.

yo,

I did exactly that with each of the new balls. Even drilled identically they offer TOTALLY different reactions on the lane. They make their read of the lane and their move to the pocket at completely different areas of an oil pattern.
