Track Dry Heat

Does anybody have any info on this ball? Specs? Pics? Release date? Anything?

From what I've heard, it's a Flexcell (not SuperFlex) based coverstock with the Heat core without the inner nugget to lower the diff into the .025 range.

The pro shop where my fiance works just got 4 of them but I haven't seen anyone throw them.  It's a perty ball, purple with a neon purple lettering.

Could your fiance get a copy of the specs and post them here? So this ball is on the market? Do you know if this Flexcell is a solid or pearl? Med or weak cover?  Thanks for the info so far!!

Fozzie, it's a solid cover most likely a clean cover that means no extra additives to make it stonger. Dell Warren made it solid because he stated that sometimes  pearl have the tendency to wiggle or squirt in a little carry down. They also made this to go against the V2 dry. The V2dry does have the tendency to not turn the corner because the core is too weak.

Ok do you know how strong this ball will be? My experience with Track balls is that they are stronger than what Track puts on paper. I need a ball that is not too strong but stronger than a plastic XXXL.  Balls that I am looking at are V2 Dry and XXL how would this new ball fit in with these. I'm all ears.

Kevin thanks for the reply. Very interesting. I do incounter some very dry lanes though, just need a little more angle in the pocket than the XXXL gives.
