Do you think Track (Ebonite int) would ever re-release some San Antonio balls, such as the Power Machine, or older? Do they have the rights to do so? If so what would you like to see. Power Machine for me.

I was a Track staffer when Ebo bought Track. I was told that Ebonite does not like to produce multi piece cores which is what many of Track's introductions were, especially the high perf stuff (Phenoms, Freaks, Rules, Machines, etc). I could see a return of the core in the Red Enforcer, Assassin, Sheer Havoc, etc.
Even if Ebo does bring back a core, Ebo uses different cover resins than what the Columbia team did. Might be the same name, could be the same color, but same ball...nope.

Many companies have gone away from those style cores as mentioned. They went from buliding block style cores to molded blobs lol.
Some of the lower end cores mentioned have still been used by AMF/Global in other releases. AMF/Global however recently started using the Brunwick Inferno core. Also as mentioned above, same core but different covers still equals a different ball.
Still plenty of NIB Power Machines pop up on ebay for about $150 shipped or less.

I'd shit myself if Track re-released the Machine line.
I would love if they would re-release the Rising line. I know it hasn't been gone too long, but I remember a lot of people loving them. I never got my hands on one though.

I know the cover of the Power Machine was Vector sf -- it was a pearl, not a hybrid, correct?

It was a Particle Pearl for sure. And it is money for me on burned up or choppy patterns.

You may be on to something. Any word of a Track Heat coming in December?
-
I'd be down for a rising line re-release...I was hoping they would have done a 10-series with that core. So much for that wish.
-
Thrown off when I saw the Heat since one version of its core is being used by Storm on the Ride series
-
seen a photo on Facebook about a dark red/maroon pearl that will be announced tomorrow. looks like a Heat

Graffiti Tag Purple is too. But I don't see that ball stateside. I was just trying to give some info on what it really is. But I see you already knew...

Its listed on the distributor site as the Heat. No doubt the cover isn't original Track and likely the core will be different as well so we will see.
-
I heard it's called the Re-Heat.

That would also make sense but not as cool sounding.
