The Rising #1 layout

Please advice where can I find the drilling layout #1 for The Raising ? Thanks !

The layout is the pin is 1 inch abover your midline on your center line. The MB is then swung out 45 degrees. that is the suggested layout. It is a real easy and simple layout. I hope you enjoy this layout.

#1 layout doesn't do much for me.  Can you advise how I can get performance from the Rising?
