The Original Chewmiester's Video Debut!
« on: February 15, 2006, 02:14:34 AM »
Hey FASTTRACKERS,

Bradford has been on me for quite sometime now to get him a video on here, so last night the pieces came and I put two of them together...one is a package of his Phenom Unleashed and Arsenal Reactive; the other is him giving a personal testimony on why he likes Track..not as hilarious or creatively funny as our third member of Evolution Dain, but a testimony nonetheless, let him know how you feel by replying...I'm sure he would appreciate the feedback as well! As a extra bonus, I'm reposting the infamous Dain video and in the words of AUS LEFTIE "...the hair, it's so Starsky and Hutch!" God Bless you all and have a great week!

Not bad Chewie, just work on getting a little more leverage at the line and everything else will follow.  Keep working at it buddy...the Arsenal Reactive offers you a very nice reaction from the looks of it.

Rick how do I get some more leverage in this case? My backswing isn't the highest in the world and my left knee has arthritis.....strange for a 22 year old ain't it? So I guess you could say knee bending isn't my strong suit...pop city when raising up.....

Hey Chewie, sorry for the delay bud.  Age really doesn't matter when it comes to arthritis (depends on what kind), it can affect anyone at almost any age from what I've learned.  Here's a quick link to that...

http://www.personalhealthzone.com/arthritiscauses.html

Back to bowling, I understand your difficulty in being able to bend which does help create leverage.  If you can't bend too well then, try and keep your trailing leg more to the left side of your body behind you as you deliver the ball. This will help center our upper body more to our left foot at the point of release.  Keep in mind that when we deliver a bowling ball, we are only standing on one leg.  The more we can center our upper body weight over that leg, the more "balanced" we are without having to use excessive muscle in the leg to us up at the line.

If you fall off to the right with your shots, that's the first sign that you are not truly balanced to deliver the ball with that particular amount of lift effort.  If you decrease your lift effort, you'll see that it also doesn't pull you off your shot as much (similar to a stroker).  Basically, the more you want to lift or hit the ball, the more balanced you have to be at the foul line.  Hope this helps you and some of our bowlers out there who are trying to create proper leverage.  Compliments of your friendly neighborhood Track Prez...and another aid to bowling smarter.

I would just like to say something to this person that refuses to reveal himself to me...

You have been doing this to me for quite some time...I believe it was you who tried to prank call me last night as well...I just wanna ask you a few questions...

1. What is your purpose for doing this?
2. Why are you doing this?
3. Do you get some sort of satisfaction from doing this to people?

This forum is for people who want to
A. Learn about bowling
B. Get better at bowling
C. Continue to improve their skills in a game they love so very much

I know a few individuals who are very negative towards bowling, yet they still continue to come down to a center to hang around for awhile...if you so desperately hate the sport, then might I suggest you finding another hobby so that you can have better things to do than trying to ruin it for the rest of us who want to learn and become better bowlers...

If you are carrying a burden on your heart, I will continue to pray for you, the individual that refuses to reveal yourself to me, I pray that you will find the path to light and truth...and make you realize that pranks such as these are pointless and totally unncessary...God Bless you all and to the ones who care about these posts, I appreciate your kind words, it just brings a heavy burden to my heart the people who have nothing better to do except do what "RIPSteveAustin 2808" is doing...God Bless you all and have a great week!
