Problems viewing Track members vidoes on Putfile
« on: May 19, 2006, 03:23:35 PM »
Every time I try to watch a Putfile video, it doesn't stream correctly. It always has pauses. Did anyone else have this problem, and what can I do to fix this? I would like to see you guys vids.

Thanks

Are you letting the video load all the way.   Once the video is completly loaded it will start automatically.  If you are hitting play before it is fully loaded it pausing because you computer has not loaded to that point.

The question isn't why do I throw all Track, it's why don't you.

Maybe that's the problem (hitting play). How long do the videos take to fully load?

I tried letting the videos download. The vidoe would start automatically even when its only 30% downloaded. I have DSL also.

I still have dial-up so it takes me a while to d'load, but my grandma has DSL and when I watch a vid on her computer, it will start playing about the 25-30% mark and plays all the way through fine for me. However, the computer at work has DSL and it will download all the way and then start playing, but pausing every few seconds. I think it may be something in the computer settings, I just haven't figured out what yet. That is why I like the videos in Windows Media Player format better. They will play all the way through and plus it is easier to save them for me. Try checking your computer settings in the Video field and see if you can find something.
