I know there's been a few posts recently about them and their work, but I propose a major
CONGRATULATIONS and THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the bottom of our hearts
to both Rick and Carl.

As far as I can tell, for the past 3- 4 years, they are THE TRACK FORUM!

I would ask all who agree with me to post a "Yes, I agree" and no more in this thread. Maybe, just maybe after it has been here a while and a few Track people have posted their agreement, the Ebonite corporate personnel will see what they had done for Track in the recent past.

Agree. Yes. Amen.  I can remember several times, I was confused about a certain layout and pin configuration on a certain Track Ball - they were both there to rescue this relative newbie to the reactive equipment.  (as well a Charlest, as always).

Thanks for the help and guidance. The bowling world needs more of these sort of gentlemen.

I agree 100% and 100% on both. They've been amazing in helping expand my knowledge about Track and what layouts/surface adjustments to make to help me score on a variety of conditions.
