Track Customer Service....
« on: June 22, 2003, 11:05:22 PM »
Track customer service is #1 in my book. I have been struggling to figure out what to do with my Super Freak as I felt the coverstock on the ball was too slick in box condition. I asked around on here and got some great replies and decided to reinforce the opinions I got by emailing, then calling Track. Well, all of their reps are out on the road so I left my name and number with the receptionist. Would you beleive that about 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Chuck Gardner from Track!! I spoke with him about altering the coverstock among many other topics regarding Track equipment. I was on the phone with this guy for about 20 minutes. These guys care what the customer thinks. He also told me about a new polish to be released in their polish line within the next month called Clean N Smooth. It will be better than Clean N Dull and give your ball a matte finish. Kudos to Chuck and the whole Track customer service dept. They make a customer feel important!!

Rock77,

It sounds like they treated you very well. Thats why I am such a Track fan. They do care about the bowlers that use their equipment, unlike Ebonite and some of the bigger companies.

Good luck with my superfreak and sorry you are having problems with it!!

JK, no problems with the ball, I just expected the ball to roll a bit earlier than what it does thats all. Nothing a green scotch brite cant take care of. This ball will live up to its name and then some!!

Chuck has come and met with a serious Track user in our house.

Has gone so far as to do layouts, and give multiple advice over the phone!

Friend has about 10 track balls including different drillings on about 3 of them.

Yeah, I spoke with Chuck again late yesterday afternoon a bit more about what I am trying to do to my Super Freak. He made more recommendations and gave great advice. Its no wonder Track is making great strides in the high end market. With guys like Del and Chuck on their staff, they cant go wrong!!
