Track Equipment and the World Championship Pattern
« on: July 15, 2005, 03:00:32 AM »
Hey Fellow Track Players,

Well, this week we're bowling on the 3rd major oil pattern of the summer league. Wonder if anybody has any ideas on how I should play the lanes and what Track equipment would possibly work...we bowl on synthetic brunswick lanes. I would say these lanes have been around and they have not updated them in about a good 10-11 years. They are still in great shape though. I always heard the playing surface always varies so I figured I would include it in this thread. My list of equipment is listed below:

Rule GP2, X-Ception 5.0, Rule, X-Ception, Triton Elite, Slash, Crash, Desert Heat

Thanks to anybody that can help...this advice always helps!

I say pull a Chris L....take your dullest ball and make a track area for yourself....just kidding. If you remember from the past few years...Walter won playing around 3rd arrow...Baker won playing 3rd arrow, and PA was inside as well, although not as much. Kretzer had success inside, Weber did, Mika, etc...Voss was ok outside until his track was eaten, then he had NO shot...something to pay attention to if you are outside.
