Track Magic Shine
« on: December 13, 2005, 05:57:48 PM »
I bought myself a 8oz bottle today and having used the pro shops big bottle of this stuff to do my gear until now i expected more of the same here. However what came out of the bottle wasnt the 'same', instead of the pinkish stuff from the big bottle i get this brown gel like substance instead, it still works pretty well(it requires a bit more effort to get a high gloss back after a 1200 grit sanding) Question is is this what comes in the consumer size bottles or has it gone 'different' while stored in the warehouse, I shook the bottle quite a few times but this didnt have any effect so i guess this is what you get when you buy the personal use bottle. No knock on the product, i just thought i'd get the Magic Shine i'm familiar with.

I have an 8oz bottle and it is pinkish purple in color bought it back in August.
I have heard others state that they got different colors too.

I have had bottles of both.  There is nothing wrong with the bronish colored one.  From what I understand the discolored brown one comes from it sitting a long time.
