crunch time

what is the grit of crunch time cover stock?
I have a ball that look like it has been put in the machine a couple of times and now it just slides. Other than resurfacing what can do to get back that original cover?

Not knowing the surface where you have it.......I would put it on the spinner at slow speed and hit it with a white scotchbrite. That should do the trick nicely!

Hey burly,

If Carl's suggestion isn't enough, take it down to a burgandy pad and then apply Clean and Sheen.  Hope this helps some...

Hey Burly.  A while back I had posed the same question to the tech department at Track, and I was told that in order to get the Crunch Time back to OOB performance, take the ball to 1000 grit and then put a coat of Magic Shine on it.  It worked great for us, and performed like it did when new, as best as we could remember.  Nice ball.
