Title: Track Ruby Kinetic
Post by: Gid837 on July 12, 2017, 03:10:53 PM
I drilled my Ruby Kinetic up Saturday afternoon. I attempted to use it in a tournament at a wood house that plays a little drier and didn't have much success. I put it up after one game.

I didn't touch it until league Tuesday night. I bowl on the AMF-HPL surface with a 39 foot THS. First full set with it, I put up games of 277-239-259. When I missed left it held and tripped pins. when I got it right it hooked on cue.

I am going to use it in practice tomorrow on the Kegal pattern "chicken ithz" and see how it works on something that isn't a THS.

will give further updates.

for ME...this ball gets down the lane better than expected for a solid.
It just flat out continues much better than other pieces I have.
the motion through the pins is noticeable to me.
The emerald was hit/miss for me, this one is hard to put down.
Its a decent step down piece from my sideswipe solid.

I practiced on the Kegal Landmark series "Chichen Itza" today, used the Diesel, Ruby Kinetic and Emerald Kinetic. Diesel was great until other bowlers helped push more oil down the lane and was easily able to go to the Ruby and not miss a beat. Emerald was too much ball on the backend.
