Anybody throw both? Are they similar or quite different?
The core #'s say they are different, however, reviews of the Tundra seem to say it's as long and as angular as the 400A. Thoughts?

I had two 400a and one I have is close to my Tundra, which is pin up and 4000 abralon by hand on surface of both. To me the 400 is more angular then the Tundra. 400 can get you in trouble because of this and also its hard to see the ball motion for me sometimes with the 400a. Tundra has angularity but not quite as much as the 400a, hope this helps.

The Tundra is a remake of the original red 300C
so look at vids of that one

The 400A was.symmetrical but had a MUCH higher differential than the 300 series.

Yeah, there were a lot of people in my area that used the 400A as the ball they started out with and there's a good amount of oil around here. The big differential definitely played a part in that. There were some really nice scores shot too. Seemed like they died out pretty quick though. I don't know if it's a ball that needed more diligent maintenance or what but the 400A swarm thinned out soon after.

The 400A doesn't require much maintenance. It is one of the few balls I just throw and stow.

I picked up a Tundra. For me, it feels more like a 300C than a 400A. For me, it's definitely not as strong as BTM says it is. Which isn't a bad thing. It slots in where I want but I definitely need to make sure with my rev rate it hits some pretty dry boards.
