I would have blown it out along time ago.. At this point with other new balls now released, no one is going to want this one..

thanks for your answer no one wants a 159.00 ball as sold on buddies pro shop .com for 125.00 that would be a stupid buy. I can understand your comment.maybe you just have to much money and can only bring yourself to buy at full retail.keep up the good work and Neiman Markup will soon sell new released bowling balls just for the rich like you! hurry hurry new releases are the only balls that can strike in your world.
How old does a new ball have to be before you know that it is no good any more and you donate it to goodwill?

How old does a new ball have to be before you know that it is no good any more and you donate it to goodwill?

I feel track is the issue...they have notoriously failed to make a beyond decent high end ball....i know i will be able to get any high end ball from track for 70 bucks on clearance. 920 A's and T's ring the most recent bell. Whens the last time they made a show? Besides fagan? I know their good stuff is low to mid price....also i have several friends who have bought high end peices only to be dissappointed.

Badbeard its not your fault, its tracks...they know it...the staffers know it..and i call b.s. on every highend ball release video they make. Its almost comical when i watch one. They know the 930t, 920A, 920t, 916AT, 919c, and now the 912t were not great balls..

I do not see track being the issue at all. I do though see a very biased opinion on the high end track gear. I have found there whole lineup including the 9 series as being very good equipment. The reason the 919C is on clearance and not selling is that its old news, it has been out for over a year now. And yes you only seen Michael Fagan make shows rolling track but he did win a lot last season. With the exception of Sean Rash and Fagan it was all storm last season. The storm pay roll is huge compared to any other company. More pros rolling your equipment, the more you will see them on tv.

The 912T is actually a pretty good. The problem with 9 series ball is that the covers dont match up to the core. The intermediate diff was too high causing the ball to flare heavily and bleed too much energy before the break. The covers could not keep up especially on the THS. So they burned up on the THS and went 600 ft in the oil. That is why the 912T and 916AT were the most popular because they were more usable. Lowered the inter diff, ball doesnt over flare, makes consumers happy to watch the hockey stick.
Even with the release of the 912T and watching the track vid of Mitch and Mike comparing it to the 716T, there was only 2 boards at the arrows of separation. Why spend high performance money when you can get close to the same hook for $30 less?
Beard, I think you're price is very fair. However, this is the new nature of the beast. Once the latest and greatest come out the previous becomes obsolete unless they are extremely popular. This wasnt exactly a popular release so in my opinion you'd be better just drilling it or storing it. My .02.

Anyone looking to buy this ball will absolutely love it.. You can play so many angles with this ball its unreal, of course gotta make a hand position change to do so but still this ball strikes. Had mine pin up over the ring with the cg kicked out and took the cover down to 500 and it actually out hooked my 716t and snapped unbelievably hard.

its a little less than the 916at, goes alot longer with the box surface on it. I actually was talking to the guy i sold mine to and he said he hates it, he said he cant carry any 10 pins with it which actually shocks me due to the fact i hardly ever had a 10 pin issue with that ball, it was always 4's and 7's for me. Now the guy i sold mine to is a stroker and plays right up the boards and im more of a tweener/power tweener.

I agree with jonesybaseball. My 919C definitely goes longer for a solid than pretty much anything I throw with the box surface. However, I have had no carry issues using it and that is playing up the boards mostly with it. Same goes for moving in with it too and using it on some longer patterns. Overall, it's not a bad ball for me and have found it usable on a lot of medium and medium-heavy conditions when length is necessary.

It seems that the 919C was either hit or miss. People either liked it or they didn't. In my case, it has been a good ball.
