Who is your favorite bowler to watch?
« on: May 25, 2007, 08:00:50 AM »
For me, it has to be TJ, PDW, and Jason Couch.  Not only are they obviously damn good bowlers, but they are fun to watch in terms of their intensity while under the lights.

I agree, Pat. I've been holding that magazine up with one hand for weeks.

Lol, I got that one this week.  That in the past was a sure way to throw me off my game-watching a specific portion of their delivery.

I think he should bend less at the waist, but other than that, he's a great athlete, and he's a fun player to watch.

(Plus he rolls Track.)

I would have to say:

Chris Barnes
Wes Mallot
TJ
and I know I am young but I love to watch Mark Roth bowl. Alot of us who throw alot of ball have to give props to him because without him our style might not be as well known or as widely used.

Carl- "Yes and it left a thumb hole imprint on the back of his head. HAHAHA."

Scoot- "How didnt he die from it.... o wait it was 14lbs wasn't it?"

Carl- "Yes it was ricks ball."

Scoot- "Well that is how he lived. See it is good to have a 14lb ball sometimes."

PBIII
and Jason Belmonte

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

Can't believe nobody likes to watch Norm Duke. The fact that he is the most versatile bowler ever makes him my favorite to watch.

Norm Duke because he puts on a shot making clinic every week.
Robert Smith because he does things mere mortals only dream about.
Chris Barnes, TJ, and Wes Mallot make me want to quit, but I watch anyway.

Robert Smith, Tommy Jones, Sean Rash.

Just kinda more exciting to watch than the others. I love and respect all of the other bowlers though, it's just more "fun" to watch Smith and Jones rev the crap out of the ball.
