Title: Xception 5.0 in inMay 2005 issue of BJI.
Post by: charlest on May 09, 2005, 02:44:49 PM
There's an ad for it in the May 2005 issue. Kind of red swirls like the Xception is green swirls. "Pretty", says Excaliber.

Fang particles in Goo LS (Xception coverstock) base which I guess makes it a particle pearl. Should be smooth and strong.

Interesting position in the Xception, Rule, GP2 heirarchy.

Charlest,

That is kind of what I thought....however, this ball has a ton of backend. The pearl particle cover does not sacrifice backend as you would expect.

this ball sounds like a winner from just what ive been hearing from it...a particle ball that has the backend movement of the orginal xception and can handle a little bit more carrydown due to the particle cover...i love my ace and all but with how this ball sounds like i think i have found a replacement for my ace....
