The rule is NOT for medium oil, and the exception is pearl, so it would more suitable for what you are wanting..

I agree with Greg. Monster.....The Rule would be able to give you more room on a THS especially if you miss inside of your target. I have not thrown my X ception....it should be here in the next couple of days, so I have not thrown both to give you a comparison. The Rule unlick most other dull balls will still allow you to open up the lane.

Can you give any more information on the kind of condition you bowl on?

yeah, you did. I am depressed **L** But I will pull through.

The Xception sounds very versatile, but the Rule is extremely versatile also. I have one dull and one drilled and polished for skid/flip-------I am thinking the Xception will fill this slot and make his rule expendable

Hey monster,

Your choices between the Rule and Xception basically come down to truly how much oil you actually encounter.  At your higher speed, I would also lean towards the Rule for a little heavier conditions but the Xception will fit right under that for the breakdown.  Tough choice...I know, but that's why both are in my bag.

NOW I AM REALLY IN A JAM. I CAN ONLY AFFORD ONE BALL. BUT I REALLY LIKE THE RULE. I CAN SEE IT BEEING EXTREMELY VERSITILE IN MY HANDS BECAUSE I THROW WITH NO FINGERS. SO REALISTICALY I CAN THROW ANY PLACEMENT OF THE PIN AND MB. I JUST NEEDED TO KNOW IF IT WAS TOO MUCH BALL FOR MED. OIL. IF YOU CAN THINK OF ANY REALLY WEAK SETUPS THEY WOULD BE APPREACIATED.
