Just spoke with Brian, there is no age requirement...that's a big one for you juniors out there. This is considered a prize from a competition. The ball used for your video should be the Rule Delta 1 as stated in the guidelines.

seeing as I've already spent enough w/track...just have to do w/out me I guess....big friggin' deal I know....but hey...just sounds like marketing to me...

If "any" Track ball were okay, there could be an endless number of entrants, literally thousands (how do you pick one winner from that?). Then if you say a Track release within the last year (not fair to the guy who bought one 2 years ago) or maybe 6 months or maybe 3 months, it really makes it very difficult to say when so it was probably easier to choose one ball.

I'm being asked by a few of you about why a video or what if you don't have a camera? All I can say is borrow one, ask a friend, a neighbor or someone. If you can borrow a tool or lawnmower, I think you can borrow a camera for a day or even have them videotape you so it never leaves their possession.

If not a video, what other method would be acceptable for this contest? Can't take scores, this isn't about average or how good you are. Lottery, raffle...nope, too good a prize to just pick out of a hat. Sorry but I can't think of anything that would make this more fair...please speak up guys, maybe you can give me ideas to present to them in the future. Thanks....
