Is anyone still waiting on their 10-99 from USBC?

Yes.  The forms must be postmarked by January 31st so they should be here soon.

I got an email from USBC stating that the 10-99's were mailed out Friday the 31st.  Has anyone been lucky enough to get theirs already?

we have received ours in Indiana

think it was around Feb 5th or so.

Perhaps you could call USBC and request a copy.  I always thought they had to be mailed by the end of January.  If so, they could have shipped it on the back of a slow camel and gotten it to you.
