Reno CATS info
« on: May 15, 2007, 12:52:15 AM »
A couple of weeks ago there was a posting with the different packages available. I can't find the post now. Does anyone have this info? Any help is much appreciated.

Dewey I advise you not to do the $309.0 pkg. storm booth is very unprofessional and they drilled my shift wrong. They are also very unfriendly and seem not to have time to even talk to or even listen to you or your question just my 2 cents

Weazer,
I think it's all about when you go and who you get. The experience you had sounds like what I ran into last year at the Storm booth. I went around 5pm and the young guys seemed to not handle the rush very well. There is an gentleman there at Storm that drilled a ball for my wife 3 or 4 years ago that was wonderful. He was very personable and always says hi when I make it back. My mistake was not waiting for him.

Define drill your shift wrong..

They could have set it up exactly how you asked and you received and undesirable ball reaction, but they did what you, the customer, wanted...
