My team on Thursday night was named "Tuckin Fen Pin" because we couldn't use what we really wanted to use as a team name. :-)

In the summer, it's a tradition for my team to use the name of the Steelers first round draft pick as the basis of the team name. We are having a problem with Lawrance Timmons. In the past team names such as Big Uglies (the Steelers drafted a lineman), Slim Somoan (Troy Palamalu), Miller Time (Tight end named Miller), We can't spell it (Rothlesburger) are some of the names we've come up with. This year it's looking like...Another L.T. or some such thing.

I've bowled the National Tournament for seven years and have had some glorious team names.  The Glory Hole Bar and Grill, The American Pink Taco Stand, Randolph County Beaver Hunters Association, Muffy's Deep Well Drilling, among others.  This year we will be known as simply, "Something Inappropriate."

When my brother and I used to bowl a lot of mens tournaments he used to always like to use the name:  "FOUR SKINS", due to the fact that our team was normally comprised of all Native Americans.

Well.  One league I bowled in a while back...

My last name is White.  Last names of my teammates were, Green, Black, and Brown.  So we called ourselves The Reservoir Dogs.  Fun times.
