Checking In

This is for any Team Captain about checking in.
Never doing this before...someone said you (team Captain) need to check your team(s) in and you need their USBC card.  Do you need the actual card?  Trying to get ten guys all together at one time could get difficult.

Nope:
Easiest is to go to bowl.com and "find a member".  Reprint their cards and take them with. It take all of 5 minutes and that way you don't need to worry about collecting everyones cards and getting them back to them.  It also is better this way because you can check in early without them being around even.
I print off the card, clip the sheets to the other paperwork and go over to check in and hand it to registration a couple days before we bowl.  Gets you in and out in 5 minutes.
With team squads bowling at 2:30 and 8:30 avoid going from about 2 hours ahead of those times as it can get pretty backed up.  Most other times you'll normally only have one or two other people at the counter being checked in.
