Title: Checking when someone bowls

I know my old team is bowling this weekend and would like to see check it out on the webcam. Is there a way to check and see when someone is bowling?

USBC has no such system. They do have a list of "notable bowlers" that is published early in the tournament ... but that does not include lane assignments.
When I asked in the past, they said so many rosters are not turned in in advance that such a system is impractical.
