Did you change to see if the reset email went to a spam or junk mail folder?

I have tried to login to the tournament forum, but my password does not work. On three separate occasions I have tried to reset my password, but I never get an e-mail from the site. I have also tried to reregister using an alternate e-mail account, but that won't work because the site says that my ID is already in use. I have looked for a tech support link, but no joy. Can anyone tell me where to send an e-mail asking for help resetting the password under these conditions?

Are you talking about the USBC site?  If so, in their forums I found this for contacting them:
