Heading to USBC Open in April. Setting up my arsenal for this year and wanted to ask the experts your opinion on whether the new Hammer NU or Purple Hammer would be the better option. Thanks in advance for any assistance and have a great day!!

In my opinion; if you are more rev dominate, go NU.  If you are more speed dominate, go Purple.  These ball are not that different.  I believe the NU falls in between the Purple and the Black Pearl.  With the same layout and surface prep, the NU may only be a couple feet longer and little more continuous on the backend.  However, if you use the same layout but take the NU down to 360 while leaving the Purple at 500 or even 1000; you would be splitting hairs and be virtually the same ball roll.  Dont drive yourself nuts trying to overthink this.
