Title: Rocket ship

If I buy a Storm Rocket Ship prior to bowling nationals, is there any rule that would not allow me to use it since that ball was not available to all the bowlers who bowled  prior?

As long as its on the approved list it is legal to be used in sanctioned competition. And it is on the list

Thanks. I figured it was ok, but just wanted to be sure. It does seem a little unfair though.
