From bowl.com:
The lanes will be oiled before the 7 a.m. doubles and singles squad and again before each team event (2:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.). *Because of varying squad sizes, there is no guarantee that all lanes will be bowled on during each squad.

I think the times are, 7am for d/s and then again for team at 2:30 and again for team at 8 or 8:30pm. I know they only oil 3 times a day.
