Can Team T-Shirts be worn at the Tournament?

I was thinking of having 5 made up as a surprise for my team.

Any good sources for T-Shorts on-line?

np......always better to read the actual rules governing attire than guess or take somebodies word for it and then get a surprise when they don't allow you to wear it when at Natl's.
