Silver Legacy
« on: May 10, 2007, 05:47:08 AM »
I don't understand the complaints about the Silver Legacy. I stayed there April 27th to 30th and have no complaints at all. The room was made-up every day and was clean and neat. The staff of all three connected casinos were courtiuos and helpful. We ate at several different places and were not disappointed with the food or service. The room rate was higher than I expected, but it has been several years since I visited Reno. Maybe they did not know we were bowlers.

I agree our stay was pretty darn good too, room was not out of line, friday saturday stays at all the hotels are pricey.  I wasnt in my room enough to notice if it was dirty or not but the bed was clean and comfortable

Because a hotel is like any other business, occassionally you are going to have an off period.  We stayed at Eldorado this year, thought everything was fine.  But you get bad luck sometimes, I think the people complaining just hit the hotel at a bad time.
