USBC and BBE Customer Service

Well the moderator for theUSBC bowl.com site struck again.  The moderator came on the topic to say they "appreciate the feedback" and that "customer service is a priority" and at the same time locked the post.   You have to wonder if USBC has any concept of how to treat their membership.  As usual they won't even entertain criticism even when some of it is constructive.

As the person who started the post...and had to wait 24 hours for them to "review it for facts" before they posted it...I'm really disappointed (again) at how inept USBC is.

 

Shame on you USBC...again...


Little known fact:  In Russian "Hope" and "Change" translate to "Tax" and "Spend"
