I told them thanks, but no thanks I've seen Reno one too many times. Anyone else receive a phone call from the USBC like this? Anyone know the current team count? Are the entries way down this year or what?

I suspect entries may be way down since they keep extending the deadline for entries and aren't touting the entry count on their web site as they usually do. IMO, Reno over and over may result in the Open becoming just another tournament that not very many people are interested in anymore.

I also got a call, but when I told the person that I had already sent in the apps. They said thanks and ended the conversation. I think that they were just making cold calls from past entry forms.
