Title: USBC Open Green Sheet

Haven't bowls Nationals in a while, do the Green Sheets get mailed out in advance or do you fill them out at check- in?

There is a link to copy of the green sheet that is printable or you can wait till you get onsite and fill it out there.

Since squad numbers and lane assignments are needed to fill the form out I don't think you can fill it out ahead of time, at least I don't know where you can get that information online.

You can print it out at home and complete 90% of the information required. Tournament check-in will provide you with the missing information. Plus, you can get them all signed ahead of time so you don't have to chase people down at the tournament. This is what I do for my team.

My group does this every year, but again this year every single person has to go and put in their social security number at the office before they can bowl.
