Title: Villa Del Sol - Corpus Christi

I am bringing my family to Corpus Christi next year.  We are considering staying at the Villa Del Sol.  Trip Advisor has mixed reviews about this site.  Has anybody stayed there in the past?  If so, your thoughts?  How about the locals...is anybody familiar with this site?
