Title: VIP package release date?

With the start of Nationals less than a month away, I would have thought the VIP package would have been released by now.  Are they doing away with it or just a later than normal release?

Riggs posted an article on his website about it, they (USBC) quietly sent an email out with a blurb in it "...the VIP program will not be offered in 2019"
