Hi there, New to this site. Never heard of Visionary before I bowled Nationals in Reno. Stopped by the booth and talked to Cecil. Afterwards, I decided to join the Test Staff and got the 4 ball package. The first ball that I had drilled was the Crossover. Shot a 298 in the second week. Two weeks later, 300, 247, 267 - 814 / 1040 for 4 games. I think that I like The New Breed Crossover. lol.

Since then, have bowled well with the NB Particle Pearl /1018 for 4. At a weekly high/low doubles, I had another 1018 using the Gladiator Pearl and the Frankie May  Gryphon. last week, I converted the 7/10 and struck out for a 290 using my FM Gryphon.

I would like to thank Visionary Bowling Products for my scores of late.

another great set with the dynamic duo, Spartan & Crossover.

first 2 games with the Spartan 264+245 switched to the Crossover when the Spartan was checking up to early. 247

sweet little 756 series.

both balls layed out the same & OOB, pin up above bridge, cg kicked just a bit.

Had been struggling as of late....ummmm....more like last 3 months or so.  Really haven't enjoyed bowling much at all last year (which was my highest average) or this year.  But....things are slowly coming around.

Went back to old school, ie playing more direct, for last 2 weeks.  Last week had a 265-226-258=749 series with the Particle Pearl...which I really haven't been using much of at all.  And last night shot 245-278-246=769 with Gladiator Pearl.  Needed those 2 weeks to get back into the swing of things.

Nice score Gary!

You aren't the only one who has struggled.  I've moved on to Track and others.  Good luck to all using Visionary!

Thanks guys.

Nice shooting Gary.

For over a month, I've been struggling with back aches, a head cold/allergies and now I have an ear infection. At least I can still throw the rock. So far, It looks like the New Breed Line is working for me. Now it's time to crank up the scores with the others. Gladiator Solid and Pearl.

Thanks Scott.  Ball choice wasn't the issue....attitude has been.  Haven't been enjoying bowling at all and it's really shown.

I'm guessing that the LE would be close to the Pearl.

I need to make these Glads work though. I love the re-action I get with them, just do better with the New Breeds on my heavy oil THS. If I sub tonight, I'll throw the G. Solid first. I might be getting a Glowing Amulet next month. Fingers crossed.

Up-date: Last week subbed against Doug. Shot 183, 300, 224 using the NBPP. This week, bowled Doug again. 191, 289, 225 using the Gladiator Solid. 289, 10 strikes, 4 pin spare. Had the G Solid rolling sweet. Nothing wrong with this ball. Just needed to let it roll the way it wants to. Sometimes we over think this game and it hurts the scores. The guy that I subbed for has quit. Looks like I will be bowling on this team. I seem to struggle with the transition in the first game. It's a heavier THS.  Both weeks, I think that I was too deep to start. Thinking I need to play up the boards in the first game and move in for the second.

Today I rolled a small tournament with my Ogre SS for most of the 3 games.  Had to put it away at the end of the 3rd game, it was just skidding thru the carry down and wasnt flipping fast enough.  I took 2nd place with a 231, 205 and 211 for a 647!  Funny part was I beat the pro shop guy and bowling center manager...ha!  That might not be an astounding score, but for someone that was averaging 158 at the end of last year...I'm happy!  That and my pockets got a little extra money in them!

Well, got another tale to tell on my Ogre SS!  Was in my mixed league tonight...rolled a 222 with my Jigsaw first game...struggled the second game with a 176 or something...had thrown my Ogre SS once but yanked on it and didnt even come close to Brooklyn.  Started the 3rd game a little frustrated, but said ehh, wth...I'll throw the Ogre SS again...first frame...BAM!  Strike!  Cool...2nd frame...left a 10 pin and missed it....moved slightly outside and threw it 15-8ish...for the next 9 in a row!  On the last one...it was where I wanted it but didnt lift enough and threw a 5 for a washout.  But came out with a 263 and a 661 series.  Not bad for someone with a 189 avg so far this year...love this freaking ball!!!!
