Anyone throw a Scorcher NPT?
« on: July 09, 2003, 10:41:23 PM »
I'm pretty interested in this ball, since it uses the same "retro active" formula as the Midnight Scorcher, without the particles though.  Anyone throw this ball before?  What kind of conditions should it be used on?  How does it react on the lanes?  Thanks

Got 1 that is drilled stacked with the cg kicked out 2 inches with the pin above fingers.
Had it dull with green scotchbrite and it hocked way to early for me.
Then polished it with ebonite particle polish and liked it better.
Only used it on synthetics, polished I had no problem getting it to the pocket.
Just had lots of trouble carrying corners. The house I bowl at is oiled med to med dry,
so I would like to try it on lanes that are oiled a little heavier to see how the carry is then.
