As per usual, Jason Wonders & Visionary solve problems as soon as they hear of them. My problem is in the midst of being solved.

I have a phone number, 314-388-3446, but when I dial it, I get a message that it's out of service.

I sent emails via their website, which goes to vbpadvertising@visionarybowling.com (corrected) since last Monday, 7/18, but they go unanswered.

I ordered a new Raven but they sent me the wrong weight.

Hi Charlest,

Do me a favor and email me at vbpadvertising@aol.com.  The website email should be working as well, cause I received about 25 emails last week and another 15 or 20 over the weekend that were done through the contact us form on the site.

Did you enter vbpadvertising@visionary.com?  Because that is not an email address that is ours.  The one linked to the site should be vbpadvertising@visionarybowling.com and vbpadvertising@gmail.com.

As far as the phone lines go, we are trying to get that fixed.  There is a problem with the lines running to our building, and our phone service company has not figured out where the problem is at.  It should be fixed within the next few days, but in the meantime you have to email me.  You can email me your number and I will call from my personal line if you would like as well.

Sorry for the issues, but I will get you taken care of

No, this was just a quick mental type here. My emails were sent to
vbpadvertising@visionarybowling.com.

I also just sent one to vbpadvertising@aol.com.
