I haven't seen the drill sheet, but if the "anti-mass bias" is what is messing with you compared to normal MB balls, then do this and just drill it like you would any other MB ball.

Take your 1/4 scale and grease pencil and draw a line from the AMB pin (its small and black and should be above your pin about 6 3/4in) through the white pin  and away 6 3/4in. Total line length should be 13 1/2in and through the white pin from the black one. Mark that ending spot and use it as your new MB indicator.  Then use any traditional layouts you normally would for an assymetrical ball.

(This ball is extremely dull though, my g/f has it and I have thrown it on several occasions. At OOB surface I haven't found a condition yet I could use it on because it burns up too much, you will probably have to adjust the surface to a higher grit and for me at about 1000 it was more playable and very strong..  I don't have anything to measure with right now, but the ball is layed out roughly 4" X 35* with the pin about 1 1/2in above midline (Pin under ring, CG swung right)).

PS.  There is a 1" balance hole about 2 1/2 down and just inside what would be my VAL in the thumb quadrant..
