Title: Immortal AMB
Post by: brunswick on June 06, 2006, 04:17:39 AM
Immortal AMB Pearl is a very, very, very, strong ball. It's so strong it almost scares me off from buying it because of it's abilty to flare a ton. Should this ball be for low rev players to tweeners only? I would like to know this information, because i'm a strapper so i dont want to get this ball and it doesn't work for me. P.S.Rev dominate player for charlest

With the appropriate layout, you should be fine.  Form my experience, the AMB core is fairly versatile.  I guess it all depends upon what you want the ball to do....

brunswick,

You should be able to use this ball.  I am a strapper myself and I use just about all VBP equipment.  If you are saying that you are rev dominate, that just means you would need to have the pin to PAP distance at around 5 inches or more to help get the ball down the lane.  If you track low, put the pin below your fingers.  If you track high, put the pin above your fingers.  Since you are a strapper, you should not need to kick the cg and MB out very much.  I would probably keep the cg somewhere in the center of your grip.
