International Growth Statement on Website

Check out Jim Wonders international growth statement on the Visionary website.  www.visionarybowling.com  Good for Visionary!

Also, I had an e-mail from Jason that stated the Black Pearl Immortal is coming out now in Jan.  This growth has pushed some things back for now.

I gotta say Visionary is taking off down under, several 300's, 299's & tournament wins in the past 3 weeks.

With the chatter about the equipment being nothing but good. Bowlers in Australia are now finding out good this gear is (something we Visionary devtoees already knew).

I cant wait for the Immortal to be released.

Keep the good work up Visionary !!!!

sully--Are you a PBA player?  Just wondering why it is important to anyone that is not a PBA regional or Nat'l player.  I believe Audric was the only one of the regular regional players here that this effects.  It may effect a few others but for what it costs for licensing to the PBA it's a no brainer on the part of Visionary in my mind.  

For me, it does NOT matter if a ball is being used on the PBA or not.  Maybe to some others it does.  I do not make my purchasing of equipment based off of how a particular player with different technique playing a pattern I may never see is using on TV.  

I usually go off of what I may see first hand and magazines with "good" ball reviews like BTM.  

Just my take.

sully--Glad you responded just wondered.  I know some midwest guys.  I'm from Madison, WI.  

I do believe it's how the PBA has structured their licensing fees <hi-jack> as to why some smaller companies like Visionary took the route they did.

I am part of the group that imports and sells Visionary in Australia, and the boom we are currently experiencing is awesome.

My bet is you'll be hearing more and more about accomplishments with Visionary gear in Australia.

Question Alan.  Are the balls you get in AU the same as we get here in USA?  Subject to same rules/USBC differential and such?

I believe the equipment that you guys are issued is the same as is shipped here - no real difference. I know that some of the Lane #1 guys are having issues because of a ruling to do with some Lane #1 equipment but I dont believe that we have had the same problem here.

Yes, I was a test staff member and regional player who used only Visionary equipment. I loved my Burgandy Gryphon and blue sparkle. With Jason, I love his reason and his candor about the p.b.a. tour and the inflated rise of registration of balls for the tour. Even if I help in a pro shop, I am like most, with the cost for equipment. I couldnot afford to buy equipment without multiple uses ( i.e. Leauges and regionals) If I could, I still would throw Visionary but I choose not to right now to help my fledgling p.b.a regional tour carrer and my bowling.

Yeah, I beleive they are the same balls, the rulings we have on cores, covers, rg, diff etc are the same as yours, which all pretty much stem from WIBC guidelines.

Our National importer (Bowling Balls Australia) which I am part of, gets them direct from Visionary, and I'm pretty certain they aren't manufactured separately. If they were I imagine prices would be sky high due to higher production costs.
