There was a thread a while back about BG Centaur layouts and drilling. It will only let me search back 30 days on this forum.

anyone have a link to it

Sorry, don't have a link to that topic.  I don't remember it, but you can click here and look back 3 years in the forums to look for it yourself (that link changes your Preferences so you have to close the window and log in again - don't change your Preferences again and you will keep that 3 year reading ability) or use this link which is a search hack for this site.

If I recall correctly, basically
- (NOte: I see from Scott's post below, thi sadvice is for high trackers) keep the MB marker (small, clear pin, about 3/16-1/4" in diameter) close to the track side of the thumb hole (mine is about 1/4-3/8" left of thumb hole and I'm right handed), and
- don't put the pin too close to the finger holes. Jason says that's to insure you don't take too much weight out of the top block. I have the pin about 1/2" to the right of the ring finger hole.

Main factor on how you lay out a B/G Centaur would be where you track on average.   A medium track player like myself can get away with other layouts.

From Visionary website."To help High Track players avoid this, be sure not to kick the Mass Bias too far to the right (opposite for lefties).  Keeping the MB at or within 1" to the left of the thumb and keeping the finger holes away from the flip pin will remove some of the side cap strength and retain the top cap.  This will result in more normal flare patterns."

Since, I am a medium track player I have one set up pin above bridge/fingers and small black pin 1" right of thumb.  Rolls fine.

That said I ordered another B/G and will set that up 1:30 label with more sheen/OOB with a different reaction than the first I believe.
