New Breed Tears Up the High Roller
« on: December 01, 2008, 07:50:08 AM »
I just want to congratulate a few of our staffers for putting on a pretty impressive showing with the New Breeds at the Senior High Roller this past week.
Especially Donald Robinson who won the classified (non winners of $10,000 or more) portion of the tournament.

Donald Robinson
1st Place Classified Classic High Roller
1st Place Classified Cheaper Sweeper
1st Place Tuesday Cheaper Sweeper
2nd Place Classified Early Bird Tune-Up

Willie Wells
High Qualifier in 60 and over Classic High Roller
2nd Place overall finish in 60 and over Classic High Roller
2nd Place Thursday 60 and over sweeper
6th Place Early Bird Tune-Up

Clark Poelzer
1st Place 50-59 Thursday Sweeper
2nd Place Early Bird Tune-Up

In addition to these, they also won numerous high game pots and put on a very good show.

Both balls were used throughout the tournament, but the New Breed Pearl got the most use because of the tournament pattern.

Congrats again guys,

Oh great I am bowling George Palumbo tonight with all my Ebonite/Hammer equipment, after watching the New Breed Pearl last week I might be in trouble tonight lol

Btw this does not surprise me after seeing the Pearl do it's work, that is one hella of nice rolling ball.

In the one of the topics about the New Breeds I posted about a bowler who was using them a few weeks back and they looked good.  Guess they look good on several patterns as Clark Poelzer was who I was watching.

Great news Jason!!  Gotta love it when something new comes down the pipe and immediately makes a splash by squashing the competition!!

On a side note....threw the Pearl last night as the solid wasn't done by the time I had to leave for the lanes.  I will say......noticibly stronger than the Glad Pearl!!

Looking forward to trying the Solid, which I may be able to do on Thursday night when my son pre-bowls.  Very much so looking forward to it!!
