Title: Thinking About Visionary
Post by: vadertyme03 on December 19, 2005, 07:17:01 AM
Ive only heard a little bit about Visionary c/ its not too popular around my area, but i was thinking about trying out a Visionary ball...

I Currently have a Columbia Reaction Arc, Brunswick Nemesis, RotoGrip Apocalypse, and Brunswick Raging Red Fuze...

From what ive seen on this site the Violet Gargoyle seems like a nice ball to start out with...do u think this will fit in well? and am i right about the Violet Gargoyle being the best ball to try first?

vadertyme,

I would have to agree with tonx, although my suggested layout would be ARC (CG in your palm), for the simple fact that you're left handed and more times then not, you're playing up the boards and ARC drillings are great for that because your getting a much smoother reaction.

If i'm wrong, and you're a lefty that likes to play around 15, then I would say start with a G-3 and Stack it.

Have you taken a look at the Test Staff Membership that Visionary offers.  It's a good way to try Visionary equipment for an even more affordable cost.

Here's the link:

If you're able to post layout information on your current arsenal, and where you're most comfortable playing on the lanes, I'd be happy to put together a nice 3 or 4 ball arsenal for you.

Happy Holidays!
