Title: VBP shirts
Post by: tommymo on May 28, 2008, 09:46:40 AM
Any plans in making a mock or sports tee?  My VBP shirts are all nice, they're just a little heavy or hot!!  I would love to have a few mocks or performance tee's with the VBP Logos.

Hi Tommy,

We do have a performance T/mock shirt that we are working on.  Unfortunately, the problem that we are having, is trying to get the shirt embroidered without it puckering around the embroidery.  One of the problems with these B-Dry/sport T's is that they do not embroider very well because the material stretches as the ebroidery needle tries to poke through.  I have seen many on the market that have the same problem we are having, but I would like to try and correct that before we start selling them.

Hi Pop,

I assume when you say old vbp logo, you mean the Visionary logo with the hand and flames?  If so, we don't have any current plans to, but you never know...we may go old school and put it on one at some point.

Jason,

How about some simple solid color shirts with the VBP
logo on the left side of the chest? Look into the Ping
t-shirt type Global 900 has on their website. I believe
they are very soft and in expensive.

You could put your logo on the collar like Storm

Thats it.  The hand with the flames was an awesome logo.  Very original.

When I met Jason in San Antonio, he was wearing one of these.  I have to admit, though I love the new shirts.....I really thought the black shirt with the VBP logo was a sweet shirt!!  Very sharp looking.....plain....but still stands out and makes a statement!!

Now....if Jason would stop working out and being Hulk Jr.....the embroidery may stand a little better!!

I believe that the mock shirts are the hottest things around.  They got really popular in the world of Golf and have made it into the bowling scene the past few years.  I, too, would like to see a solid colored mock with some logos.  Hopefully, Jason will be able to find a good quality mock without the embroidery problems.

Holloway makes a good mockneck shirt that doesn't pucker when embroidered.
