Title: question about junior gold and such

what is the average cost to go to junior gold, i mean i know its not gonna be the same for everyone, but on average how much does it cost, and what does everyone choose to take, plane,automobile? the reason i ask is because i plan on going next year but i just need a rough estimate of how much i need.

I have driven to JG each of the last three years with my family. With gas, meals, hotels and spending money on a few side things you need to figure on anywhere from $1,200 to $2,000. Hotels at the tournament alone will go for @$100/night and you have to figure on 6-7 nights. That doesn't include staying longer to participate in the Open.

If you can, try to go with other people and share as much of the cost as you can.
