Brick, maybe this can help you and others as well with regards to Neo-Tac. Try contacting the Heims at the ational Bowling Store. They also run the Brunswick booth at the nationals.

I purchase my Neo-ac products from them, in the quart bottle's...saves money!!!!
Unfortunately I do not have an e-mail addy for them, since I just call, then drive the 20-25 minutes to their shop in N.Tonawanda.

Bob Hanson will testify to their credibility, expertise, etc., as will so many others that know them from the National's.

This stuff will clean the crud right off!

Seriously though, it's not really crazy, but i just use simple green, or at least I should be using it.

By doing this I am opening myself up to MASSIVE criticism, but the best thing I have ever used over an extended period, is a 60/30/10 mix of rubbing alcohol, acetone, and windex ( or any comparable glass cleaner.
Not trying to criticize but, you may want to be careful with that, since, (I THINK) acetone is now considered an illegal substance to put on a bowling ball. Correct me if Im wrong though.

I buy neo tac by the quart from blockbuster bowling, with shipping you would be looking at around $32.  I use a degreaser spray after 2 trips to the lanes and then the 3rd I hit it with the neo tac on the spinner.  Great results

Two parts simple green, two parts lane cleaner/stripper, one part water.  I've used it on polyester, particles, resin, and urethane.  It's kept my equipment "out-of-the-box" fresh for over three years.

The neo tac stuff just smeared the oil around on the ball, it was a waste of money.

Track Clean and Dull.  The absolute best cleaner I have ever used.
I guarantee, clean your ball with most other cleaners then follow
Clean and Dull and you will still get grime on you rag or paper
towel.

Hard for me to believe this as I have had no such thing happen from the "Liquid Nitro" in the 6 0z. White Bottle. I believe Jeffrevs as well as many others will vouch for that statement also. Which bottle did you use, the 6 oz. "White" bottle or the 4 0z. Black bottle? Are you positive that someone else didn't sort of "borrow" your cleaner and substitute something else in your bottle???

For all of those of you that tried to help me here,a I want to say "many thanks to all of you." Hopefully I can help you sometime.

I found out what I needed to know and thus as I suspected, my Pro Shop guy is lying to me, which isn't surprising as this isn't the first time he has lied. The White Bottles of Liquid Nitro is the newest Neo Tac Cleaner. The Black bottles of the so called "Spray Cleaner" is old stuff that the distributors are selling to the Pro Shops cheap in order to get rid of it.

Again, thanks to everyone.
