843 with The Look last friday ...
« on: January 14, 2014, 12:31:52 PM »
Had no look at all in practice until the last few shots and went 267, 288, 288 for 843 with the original look. Never missed the pocket all night and had the perfect reaction to the pocket. Pin is 1/4 inch outside ring, CG kicked out about 2.5 inches. Ball did not jump off dry or skate on oil line. the prefect storm as I would say. Two ringing tens in the last two 288's. Keep trying to retire this ball and another reason not to. Thanks 900 Global for highest 800 series of all mine.

I have this ball also and love the controllable reaction . Very versatile . . How was the lane condition when you shot these games ?

Well its probably about a 39 foot equivalent to the White Pattern, but they way my team broke them down, I had area between 8-11 and I do have this surface at 1500 Abralon (no polish) and I love the versatility. The next highest on the pair was 650.

1500 seems a little strong especially considering I already have a freight train . I have it OOB at t finish and can use it from med-oily to med-dry

Ball return destroyed my look. Shop gave me store credit. Bought a track 706c/a. Cleaner than the look in the oil but huge left turn flip reaction in back end. Dead straight then hard left turn. Drilled pin up with cg a tad negative . Love the huge back end but sometimes difficult to predict. I'm still getting used to it.
