900 global customer service
« on: February 19, 2014, 03:16:47 PM »
I hope this is the correct forum for this.
I had purchased a ball and it cracked very early in its life. I called global and they asked to have pics emailed to them. I did so and they replied with a promise to send a replacement ball asap. They are very fast and very good about standing behind their products. As an owner of a manufacturing company...I understand the importance of standing behind your product when you are in a competitive industry and must compete for quality. I build 100% hand made tattoo machines that sell for $300 each. And I offer free maintenance if any , I mean any issues arise. The way global handled this reminds me of my perfect warranty. Again  I say thank you to global and I commend you for this service. I recommend anyone to deal with global as they have an impeccable service policy . This is according to my experience..has anyone had similar experiences to this and how was it handled? Even by other companies I'm curious to know if all ball manufacturers stand by their balls the way my issue was handled? Thanks again

Global has always been top notch in customer service, and I feel that if I ever had an issue, they would take care of me.

One of the reasons I was a dedicated customer until the PBA decision. That changed my options and am now using Columbia and RotoGrip. My tournaments I promote are now sponsored by RotoGrip.. Really wish I didn't have to make this change. The equipment is great and employees top notch. See if anything changes now that Bill Chrisman has increased his investment.

I have a 900 Global bowling bag and twice something went wrong with the bag and all they asked for was pics of the problems and they sent me a new bag each time with no questions asked. All they ask for is proof. They are a top notch company that stands behind what they sell and I firmly believe all bowling companies should.

In my opinion they are the standard that all manufacturers should model their customer service after. They have always been top notch as far as customer service is concerned
